Charry Sáenz Jácome & Galarza Law Firm was established from the merger of two firms: Puente, Sáenz & Galarza and Charry / Jácome, with the objective of:
- Provide a comprehensive, honest, effective and quality legal service to our clients.
- Contribute with our work so that Law recovers the position of honorable, academic, admirable and indispensable activity in any society.
To reach our goal, we take care that the provided service is fair, timely, responsible, proactive, and transparent. In this way, the client has a range of options to solve their legal and/or judicial problems, in the shortest time and with the best results, always with the confidence that their interests are protected.
Our constant preparation, as well as the commitment with which we work on each case, makes us the ideal instrument to analyze, detect and advise clients on both their projects and their problems, offering the best solutions.
Law has been, is and will be a fundamental part in the configuration of any society. In history there has always been someone who, using the law, seeks to balance situations of inequality, recognize rights to those who have been denied them, create a society based on respect and peace; as well as people who have used this same knowledge to destroy, harm, abuse and damage society.

OUR HISTORY
The Law Firm was established from the merger of two firms: Puente Sáenz & Galarza and Charry/Jácome, firms that, seeking to strengthen, optimize and provide a comprehensive service to their clients, began the process to create a new project.
The firm has as a precedent the end of the 2000s, when a group of young law students decided to start their own law firm, guided and supported by Dr. Nelson Galarza Paz, a benchmark in teaching and practicing law. Their effort and dedication, consolidated Puente Sáenz & Galarza, which in a short time, became a prestigious firm.
Later in time, Charry/Jácome was founded by a group of lawyers who, eager to practice law after having completed successful studies abroad, started a law firm project with the main objective of positioning themselves as a team noted for her professionalism, honesty and equanimity.
In 2017, due to strategic defense issues, the space was created for Puente Sáenz & Galarza to jointly work on a criminal case with the Charry/Jácome, achieving a successful result in the National Court of Justice.
This was the trigger for the members of both teams to identify that, in addition to sharing a friendship, they had in common values, ideals, dedication to the profession and desire to practice law in a different way: With transparency, preparation, total dedication to the problems of its clients and a fierce fight for the rights of people.
Thus, both firms began structuring the bases to form a new and strengthened work team, building what now, in 2021, is consolidated as Charry Sáenz Jácome & Galarza Law Firm, an ambitious legal team that seeks to position itself as a leader in the transparent exercise of the legal profession, a benchmark in the fight for people’s rights.
